SGX Core & Mobility
Strength starts at your center - and moving well matters just as much as moving strong.
This 45-minute class combines core stability, balance and intentional mobility work to help you build a stronger foundation, improve range of motion and move with greater control and confidence.
Expect focused core work paired with stretching, mobility and balance exercises designed to support better posture, everyday movement and all the other workouts you love.
It’s the perfect complement to cycling, strength training - or simply a body that could use a little more movement after sitting at a desk. And at just 45 minutes, it’s an easy way to move, reset and recharge during your lunch break.
Strengthen. Stretch. Balance. Move better.
Come as you are and leave feeling stronger through your center, more mobile and ready to take on the rest of your day.
Glute Theory
Glute Theory is a small-group strength class focused on exercises intentionally designed to build stronger, more powerful glutes.
Why does that matter? Your glutes are some of the largest and most powerful muscles in your body. They help support your hips and pelvis, stabilize your body, protect your knees and lower back, and provide the power you need to walk, climb stairs, get up from a chair, run, jump and move confidently through everyday life.
Strong glutes aren't just about how you look - they're a huge part of how well you move, how strong you feel and how capable you stay.
And, yes... they also look really good in your jeans. 🍑😉
KETTLEBELL SWING
One kettlebell. 45 minutes. A surprisingly powerful full-body workout.
Kettlebell Swing is a continuous-movement strength and conditioning class that keeps you moving from one kettlebell exercise to the next. You’ll challenge your legs, glutes, core and upper body while building strength, power, coordination and endurance—all with one incredibly versatile piece of equipment.
Don’t let the name fool you—you’ll do a lot more than swing! Your coach will guide you through a variety of kettlebell movements and combinations, with options to adjust your weight and intensity to meet you where you are.
The continuous-flow format keeps your body moving and your heart rate up, giving you a unique blend of strength and conditioning that feels completely different from a traditional strength class.
Lift. Swing. Move. Repeat.
45 minutes of full-body movement that goes by fast—and leaves you knowing you worked.
REVPOWER
Two workouts. One powerful hour.
REVPOWER is our newest hybrid experience, combining 25 minutes of rhythm-based strength conditioning with a 30-minute ride for a full-body workout that brings strength, music and cardio together in one class.
We’ll start off the bike with an upper-body focused strength session using barbells and plates, moving intentionally to the rhythm of the music as we work the back, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and core.
Then it’s time for a quick transition! You’ll have 5 minutes to swap your training shoes for your cycling shoes, grab your bike and get ready to ride.
The second half takes you through a 30-minute ride programmed to challenge your lower-body strength and cardiovascular endurance- giving you the perfect complement to the upper-body work you just completed.
The result? Upper body. Lower body. Strength. Cardio. All in one hour.
Come ready to lift. Come ready to ride. Come ready to feel powerful.
HOW EFFECTIVE ARE STRENGTH CLASSES?
Our strength classes are effective by design. The experience combines small class sizes, expert
coaching, thoughtful weekly programming, high quality equipment, and a high touch
approach. You will train using MaxPro resistance with up to three hundred pounds of
resistance, along with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. Our strength classes
complement your cycling. As you build strength, stability, and mobility, you will ride
stronger, recover faster, and see better overall results.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE A STRENGTH CLASS?
Our strength schedule is intentionally programmed so you can take a strength class every day if you choose.
Mondays and Wednesdays are our REVMAX Build days—heavier, lower-rep strength training designed to build muscle and strength. Because these workouts require more recovery, the strength formats offered on the days between are programmed differently, allowing you to keep moving and training without simply repeating another heavy lifting day.
Throughout the week, we rotate formats, training styles and muscle emphasis to keep your workouts fresh, balanced and complementary. This gives you the flexibility to train multiple times per week while still allowing appropriate recovery from your heavier REVMAX sessions.
Many members also combine a strength class with indoor cycling during the same visit, making it easy to build both strength and cardiovascular fitness - all under one roof.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
Most Classes are 40-45 minutes including a warm-up and cooldown. We offer hybrid classes with shorter strength segments in combination with cycling classes. We may also offer 30 minute circuit style classes that provide more opportunities to get a strength class in, especially if also riding a cycling class.
WHAT ARE NUTRITION NUGGETS?
Got 15 minutes? Come grab a Nutrition Nugget. 🍎
We’re thrilled to bring a little more education - and a whole lot of practical, real-life nutrition knowledge - to the REV36O community with Nutrition Nuggets with Victoria.
Victoria is not only one of our REV36O instructors and a busy mom of three, she holds her NASM Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training certifications, a Master’s in Exercise Science & Wellness, a Graduate Certificate in Nutrition, and an MBA. She is also the founder of Know Your Value Fitness.
In these casual 15-minute sessions, Victoria will break down nutrition topics you can actually use in your everyday life - without turning it into a science lecture.
You might learn:
- What should I eat before a cycle or strength class - and how long before class should I eat it?
- If I’m taking two classes back-to-back, do I need to refuel in between?
- How do I really read a nutrition label - and what are some of the sneaky things I should look for?
- Can the way I eat help support better sleep?
- What does my body actually need before and after a workout?
And those are just the beginning. Have something you've always wondered about? Let us know! We’d love for our community to help shape upcoming Nutrition Nuggets.
These sessions are designed for general nutrition education rather than individualized nutrition coaching. If something sparks a bigger question or you’d like personalized guidance, you’re welcome to connect with Victoria directly and book time with her through Know Your Value Fitness.
