Ready to ride more often? Is life getting in the way of how often you can ride? Complete this form to upgrade or downgrade your membership. The business office will process this request M-Th 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday 9:00am-Noon. You will receive a confirmation once the changes once completed.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to pause your subscription. To keep things fair and consistent, our freeze policy works as follows:
- Freeze requests align with billing cycles. All freezes begin at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Mid-cycle freezes require medical documentation. If you experience a medical condition that requires you to immediately stop cycling activity, we will honor a mid-cycle freeze with a doctor’s note. In this case, your future billing dates may shift based on the freeze start date.
- How to request a freeze. Please click on the link and submit your freeze request before your next billing cycle begins so we can process it smoothly.
- Freeze requests will be processed by the business office M-Th 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday 9:00am-Noon
- We will be unable to back date free requests.
We created this policy to support your health and goals while keeping memberships fair for all members of our community.
How to cancel your subscription
You may cancel your subscription anytime in the app. Once canceled, you will not be billed moving forward. Your membership and ride credits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note:
- We do not pro-rate cancellations.
- Any unused ride credits will expire when your subscription reaches the end of its final billing cycle.
